Niels Schade

Law is family.
Software is craft.

I finished my Abitur in 2024 with a 0.9 GPA — and deliberately chose Copenhagen Business School over a German law degree. There I now study Business Administration and Sociology. The combination gives me both: the strategic sharpness for scalable structures and the sociological understanding of how people inside organisations actually work.

I grew up in a household where law was a dinner-table subject. My parents run a firm together — my father as a certified specialist attorney for employment law, my mother for family law. My uncle covers tax law, and my grandfather was also an attorney. The day-to-day reality of a Kanzlei — its pressure points, its legal sensitivities — I therefore know not from a brochure, but from three generations of direct observation.

It is precisely that proximity — the legal depth from home and the strategic, economic perspective from Copenhagen — that flows into every solution Verdex builds.
